Membership & Fees

Benefits & Features:

By joining HVRC, you are making an investment in your community. HVRC is dedicated to serving the community and its members by providing facilities and by organizing recreational and social activities.

Water access, for boating, canoeing, fishing, or simple relaxation, is only one of the many features HVRC provides. You do not have to be a boater or water enthusiast to justify a membership. An HVRC membership is much, much more!

Meet your friends and neighbors and enjoy the many amenities:
  • Picnic Area and Pavilion - Available for group rentals
  • Playground and volleyball area
  • Gazebo
  • Fishing Access
For current and future boaters:
  • Water access to Potomac and Occoquan Rivers without going to a public launch
  • Convenient facilities and services much below market value
  • Launch ramp
  • Boat Slips - electrical and fresh water access
  • Secure boat storage
  • Pump-out station
Neighborhood amenities have a direct impact on property values throughout a community. In Harbor View, we are very fortunate to have a neighborhood marina, a navigable waterway and the many direct benefits associated with HVRC membership. Without HVRC and these community assets, property values surely would suffer. In time, so would the nature and character of our community.

By joining HVRC, you will help protect the substantial investment you have made in your home. You will also be making an important investment in the community in which you live.
