Pavilion Use

Pavilion use is not exclusive.  All members of the Club have the right to use the grounds at all times.
Reservations can only be made by members in good standing as determined by the Board of Directors. A member "in good standing" is defined as having all due payments current and/or paid in full and a signed HVRC Contract on file. To make a reservation, see form below.

Pavilion users will submit a request on the Pavilion Use Request form to the Board.  The Board reserves the right to deny any use request or modify use requests as they deem appropriate and in the best interests of the Club.
Pavilion users will be responsible for providing appropriate refuse containers for the number of attendees at the event and clearing all refuse from the grounds by 11:00 am the next morning for an evening event and within two hours for a daytime event.  Failure to clear refuse in a timely manner will result in an assessment of not less than $100.

The Board of Directors reserves the right to assess members for any damage resulting from a member’s use of the Pavilion.

The member is responsible for insuring that the boat ramp access is maintained and that proper parking is maintained throughout the event.
Events are expected to be completed within 5 hours and should be scheduled to end not later than 9:00 pm on weekdays and 11:00 pm on weekends.

Member events are expected to be limited to not more than 75 people.
Members are responsible for maintenance of the restroom facilities during the event (to the extent necessary) and to insure that the restroom facilities are clean after the event.  Arrangements should be made through the board to have a member on call that has been trained in the maintenance of the facilities.
